Proofo provides a digital agreement platform that enables users to create, send, and sign digital agreements. Our service creates cryptographically-sealed records of agreements between parties to ensure integrity and authenticity.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts and agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Proofo platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Proofo s.r.o. and protected by international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content (agreements, signatures) you create using our service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis.

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by mandatory law.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Proofo provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proofo s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. For users in the United States, certain disputes may be subject to arbitration under Delaware law as specified in our full legal documentation.
